Delivery Timeframes
Metro – up to 3 business days
Regional – up to 5 business days depending on lodgement and destination. -
Order processing times. To ensure you get the best possible price, all orders are processed during their offer week and then despatched on the Friday of that week.
- All orders are shipped on Friday.  We use a range of delivery partners, and after processing they are shipped on Friday. Depending on your location (local metro or interstate), your order should be delivered between 1 to 4 days. In some instances due to location, public holidays, weekends, peak periods or as a result of COVID-19, deliveries may be delayed.
- Domestic and international shipping options. GoParts delivers to Australia only. Any overseas deliveries will be charged separately on an ad hoc basis.
- Shipping costs. Shipping costs are dependant on part dimensions and weight. For each part there will be three tiers of delivery fees depending on the quantity purchased, the more purchased the lower the delivery fee.
- Local delivery and buy online, pickup in-store. We do not offer a local pickup option at this current time.
- Transparency around returns, changes and cancellations. Please review our refunds and returns policy in its relevant section.
- Potential service interruptions. Orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of your control.
